Job Summary
Registered Dietitian (RD) to join Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include conducting nutritional assessments and collaborating with medical staff to create care plans, addressing dietary needs with focus on skin health and weight management, overseeing nutritional supply procurement and ensuring meals meet residents' requirements, providing nutrition education to residents, families, and staff, updating diet orders and menus daily using menu management software, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and conducting regular audits to maintain care standards. Requirements include a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics with RD status (RD-eligible considered), supervisory experience in healthcare, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and familiarity with state and federal regulations and EMR software.
