Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition care to Long Term Care residents by addressing health problems through personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver nutrition interventions, while conducting meal rounds, performing sanitation audits, and signing off on dietary menus. Complete necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Maintain quality standards across multiple states while supporting a collaborative environment of dedicated dietitians.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
- Strong communication skills
- Effective teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
