Job Summary
Provide compassionate care to long-term care residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through clinical treatment. Collaborate with facility teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR, and attend care meetings. Conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Full-time and part-time remote or hybrid options available across the United States with relocation flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
- Strong communication skills
- Effective teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
