Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and support to residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through clinical nutrition treatment. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, while completing necessary clinical assessments, charting within the EMR system, and attending meetings to discuss resident care. Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. This role offers full-time or part-time placement across Long Term Care facilities nationwide, with opportunities for relocation and career advancement within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
- Strong communication skills
