Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing their nutritional health problems. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend care progress meetings. Conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. This role supports residents in a nationwide network of dedicated dietitians, offering development opportunities and clear expectations for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
