Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and support to residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through clinical nutrition treatment. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete necessary clinical assessments, and chart within the EMR system. Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Participate in meetings to discuss resident care and progress. This role offers full-time or part-time placement options across Long Term Care facilities nationwide, with opportunities for relocation and professional development within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
- Strong communication skills
- Effective teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
