Job Summary
Provide compassionate nutritional care to long-term care residents by addressing health problems through clinical treatment. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend care meetings. Conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Requires CDR or RDE licensure with state-specific credentials. Competitive hourly rates, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and continuing education credits available. Remote or hybrid options exist with relocation flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
