Job Summary
Provide compassionate nutritional care to Long Term Care residents by addressing health problems through clinical treatment. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans while completing clinical assessments, charting in the EMR, and attending care meetings. Conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Full-time and part-time remote or hybrid options available across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
- Strong communication skills
- Effective teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
