Job Summary
Provide compassionate nutritional care to Long Term Care residents by addressing health problems through clinical treatment. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart in the EMR, and attend care meetings. Conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. This role offers remote or hybrid options with full-time and part-time placements across the United States. Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
