Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing their nutritional needs and well-being. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, while conducting meal rounds, completing sanitation audits, and signing off on dietary menus. Perform necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Ensure quality standards are maintained through direct patient support and administrative documentation. This role offers remote or hybrid options with opportunities for relocation across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
- Strong communication skills
