Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing their nutritional health problems. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, and chart within the EMR system. Conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards while attending care progress meetings. Full-time and part-time remote or hybrid options available across the United States with relocation flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
- Strong communication skills
- Effective teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
