Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing their nutritional health problems. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, while conducting meal rounds, performing sanitation audits, and signing off on dietary menus. Complete necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. This role supports NutraCo's mission of delivering respectful care across the United States, offering remote or hybrid options with opportunities for relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure
- Strong communication skills
- Effective teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
