Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to residents in Long Term Care facilities by addressing their nutritional health problems. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart in the EMR system, and attend care meetings. Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. This role offers remote or hybrid options with full-time and part-time placements across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure
- Strong communication skills
- Effective teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
