Job Summary
Provide compassionate nutritional care to long-term care residents by addressing health problems through clinical treatment. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans and conduct meal rounds as needed. Complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend care meetings to track resident progress. Perform sanitation audits and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure
