Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and support to residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through clinical nutrition treatment. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend care meetings. Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. This full-time or part-time remote or hybrid role offers development opportunities, upward mobility, and relocation flexibility within a network of dedicated dietitians serving long-term care facilities nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
