Job Summary
Provide compassionate care to Long Term Care residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through clinical nutrition treatment. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend care progress meetings. Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Full-time and part-time roles available across the United States with opportunities for relocation. Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
