Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing their nutritional health problems. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete necessary clinical assessments, and chart within the EMR system. Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. This role supports residents nationwide with clear expectations and resources for career growth within a collaborative network of dietitians.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
- Strong communication skills
