Job Summary
Registered Dietitian (RD) sought at Martine Center in White Plains, NY to assess and monitor residents’ nutritional status, develop care plans, coordinate nutrition support and menu changes, educate residents and staff, supervise dietary team, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Responsibilities include evaluating dietary needs (including dysphagia), collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, auditing nutrition care, updating diet orders in menu software, and maintaining high-quality nutrition care for residents. Requirements: RD credential, degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, strong interpersonal/leadership skills, knowledge of state/federal guidelines, and proficiency with EMR and menu systems.
