Job Summary
Registered Dietitian (RD) at Martine Center in White Plains, NY. Responsibilities include assessing residents' nutritional status, developing care plans, coordinating nutrition support procurement, monitoring meal service, educating residents and staff, evaluating care plans with interdisciplinary team, ensuring dysphagia-appropriate diets, maintaining diet orders and menu changes in EMR, supervising dietary staff, conducting quality audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Requires RD credential, a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, knowledge of state and federal guidelines, and proficiency with EMR and menu systems.
