Job Summary
Registered Dietitian (RD) at Martine Center in White Plains, NY. Duties include assessing residents’ nutritional status, developing care plans, coordinating nutrition support and oral supplements with vendors and department heads, monitoring meal service and diet modifications, educating residents and staff on nutrition concepts, evaluating and updating care plans with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring meals meet dysphagia needs, reviewing menu changes for policy and regulatory compliance, updating diet orders in menu software, supervising dietary staff, conducting quality audits, and maintaining compliance with weight monitoring and regulations. Requires RD credential and degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and proficiency with EMR and menu systems. Required Qualifications
