Job Summary
Registered Dietitian (RD) at Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing overseeing residents' nutritional status, developing care plans, coordinating nutrition support procurement, ensuring diet modifications are followed, educating residents and staff, reviewing dietary care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team including Speech-Language Pathologist for dysphagia, and maintaining compliance with regulations; requires RD credential, nutrition/dietetics degree, strong interpersonal/leadership abilities, and proficiency with EMR and menu systems.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Dietitian
- Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Exceptional interpersonal & leadership skills
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal guidelines
- Computer literacy and proficiency with EMR software and computer-based menu systems
