Job Summary
Monitor nutritional needs of residents in skilled care communities by conducting onsite visits Monday through Friday. Collaborate with clinical teams to formulate nutrition assessments, work on MDS documentation, and provide guidance on meal rounds and sanitation best practices. Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal standards while training dining managers and assisting with policy development. Complete 14 hours per week across two facilities, offering flexibility within the M-F schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials
- Licensed (if required by State)
- CDR # from ASCEND/Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- State License, if required for a Registered Dietitian
- Candidate must be able to complete onsite visits Monday-Friday during regular business hours
- 14 hours per week at two facilities
- Work Location: In person
