Job Summary
Registered Dietitians (RDs) are sought to deliver virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and personalized care focusing on Medicaid participants and those facing food insecurity. Responsibilities include guiding access to affordable groceries, supporting sustainable meal planning, and providing virtual nutrition care via secure video and messaging. Candidates must hold active RD credentials and a New York state license, have access to technology to perform duties, and be able to commit at least 15 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Licensed Dietitian
- An active state license in NY
- Ability to work in the U.S.
- At least 15 hours of weekly availability for patients (weekends and evenings count)
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain state licenses in high demand states (reimbursed by Foodsmart)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese
