Job Summary
Registered Dietitian needed to join Ontario Center's skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Geneva, NY. RD will assess nutritional needs, develop and monitor individualized care plans, manage therapeutic diets, provide nutrition education, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in care conferences. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to support residents’ health and quality of life in a resident-centered, interdisciplinary setting. Emphasis on compassionate, dignity-driven care and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize nutrition and overall well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential
- RD licensure
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition/dietetics or related field
- ability to develop and monitor individualized care plans

- communication and collaboration with interprofessional team
