Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and support to residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through clinical nutrition treatment. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans and ensure the highest level of care. Complete necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Join a network of dedicated dietitians fostering a supportive environment where your contributions are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement
- State licensure as required varies by state
