Job Summary
Consultant Registered Dietitian for a long-term care client in Gridley, CA (16 hours/week). Responsibilities include completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team, completing MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes. Requires CDR credentialing and dietetic licensure. Flexible schedule with excellent pay (100,000–120,000 per year based on LTC experience).
