Job Summary
Complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and calculate Total Fluid requirements. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team to make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes, including completing the MDS - Section K. This role supports our long-term care community in Detroit, MI, with a flexible schedule of 16-24 hours per week. We have served healthcare communities for over 15 years.
Required Qualifications
