Registered Dietitian

Conduct nutritional assessments, develop patient-specific care plans, and implement therapeutic diet modifications while ensuring accuracy against physician orders. Interview patients and families to obtain nutritional history and food preferences, then provide guidance, education, and counseling in accordance with prescribed diets. Mentor team members, contribute to menu development and standardized recipes, and oversee food service workers for proper portion control. Calculate nutrient content for tube feedings and dietary intakes, prepare educational classes, and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement tasks. Requires a Master's degree, current Registered Dietitian Certification, and 1-3 years of experience.
