Registered Dietitian – New Grad Friendly

Oversee and provide optimal nutrition therapy to a case load of clients by conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring medical conditions, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team. Develop individualized care plans while working directly with patients and families to provide support and nutritional education. Deliver group nutrition education as assigned and contribute to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning. Support plating and provide active meal coaching for clients in Therapeutic Supported Meals. Manage nutrition-specific transition and aftercare planning, ensuring coordination with internal and external dietitians. Document all nutrition care clearly and concisely in the EHR in compliance with policies and regulatory standards. Full-time, 40-hour schedule Monday through Friday with daytime hours.
