Job Summary
As a Registered Dietitian NE at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, you will provide individualized medical nutrition therapy, education, and counseling to patients to improve their health. Duties include direct patient care, developing nutritional care plans, assessing patients for nutritional deficiencies, and collaborating with health disciplines to enhance patient experience. You will participate in educational programs, track productivity, and support the dietetic internship program. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, an active RD certification, and one year of clinical dietitian experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or a closely related field
- Maintain current license to practice dietetics in the current state (LD)
- Active certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD)
- One year of experience as a Registered Dietitian in clinical nutrition
- Successful completion of a Dietetic Internship Program may substitute for experience requirement
