Registered Dietitian

Conduct initial nutrition assessments and develop patient-specific meal plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers. Perform regular follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust meal plans as needed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to nutrition and food services. Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and nutrition plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys. Deliver educational in-services to staff on nutrition-related topics.
