Job Summary
Registered Dietitian (RDN) sought for a busy SAR/LTC facility. Responsible for performing nutritional assessments, evaluating care plans, providing nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; contributes to care conferences as needed; participates in care planning and ongoing evaluation. Required Qualifications
