Job Summary
Registered Dietitian sought for LTC/SNF/subacute rehab and adult medical daycare facilities. Responsibilities include nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of the plan of care, provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires RD or RD eligible; LTC and EMR experience preferred.
