Job Summary
Registered Dietitian role at Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates, LLC supporting a busy SAR/LTC facility with both part-time and full-time options. Responsibilities include performing nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of the plan of care for residents; participating in IDCP care conferences; providing nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents’ health; functioning as a cooperative team member; completing other duties; and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications require a Registered Dietitian or RD eligible, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; LTC and EMR experience preferred.
