Job Summary
Part-time or full-time Registered Dietitian for a busy SAR/LTC facility. Responsibilities include performing nutritional assessments and ongoing plan-of-care evaluation for residents; participating in IDCP care conferences as needed; providing nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health and well-being; ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; and performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates have RD eligibility and strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with LTC and EMR experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
