Job Summary
Registered Dietitian sought for a busy long-term care environment (LTC/SNF/Subacute Rehab/Adult Medical Daycare) to perform nutritional assessments, evaluate plans of care, provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include participating in IDCP care conferences, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting quality of care with effective communication and organizational skills.
