Job Summary
Registered Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy in a busy long-term care/SNF setting. Responsibilities include performing nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of the plan of care, participating in IDCP care conferences, delivering nutrition education to residents, families, and staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health. Must ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; demonstrate teamwork; and perform additional duties as assigned.
