Job Summary
Part-time or full-time Registered Dietitian needed to perform nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of care plans for residents in LTC/SNF/subacute rehab/assisted living and adult medical daycares. Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health and well-being; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Requires RD or RD-eligible status; strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred. Extensive training and opportunities for growth and advancement offered.
