Develop nutritional care plans and outline goals with patients and families based on existing standards of care. Implement nutritional interventions tailored to disease state, normal and therapeutic nutrition, and child development. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition care plans while collaborating with the healthcare team on implementation. Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families or care providers. Complete productivity records and enter charges in a timely fashion. Serve on committees or work groups affecting the department or hospital to contribute to professional knowledge. Work 24 hours weekly during Monday-Friday shifts at the Burnet Campus.
