Job Summary
Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents and develop documented care plans within the electronic medical record. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, and comorbidities. Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health. Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards. Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs. Monday through Friday with flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers.
- If multi-site registered dietitian, must have valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
