Job Summary
Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop, document, and evaluate individualized care plans within the electronic medical record. Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health and well-being. Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards. Work Monday through Friday with flexible schedules, providing coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers
- Valid Driver's License (if multi-site registered dietitian)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations
