Job Summary
Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents and develop documented care plans within the electronic medical record. Implement individualized interventions based on clinical findings, lab results, and comorbidities while providing nutrition education to patients, families, and staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize overall health and ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations. Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed. Maintain positive communication with building occupants and leadership to perform daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers
- Valid Driver's License (if multi-site registered dietitian)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations
