Job Summary
Deliver virtual patient care as a Registered Dietitian to patients with complex digestive conditions using evidence-based protocols (including low FODMAP and tailored elimination diets), collaborating with GI physicians, NPs/PAs, and psychologists to provide coordinated, whole-person care. Develop individualized nutritional care plans aligned with clinical protocols, document interactions in the EHR, participate in quality improvement, engage in ongoing professional training, and share insights to improve patient outcomes as Oshi Health scales. Requires ACEND-accredited internship completion and active RD/RDN license; 2–4 years outpatient experience; strong GI knowledge and telehealth familiarity; remote-first work within accepted states; Master's degree preferred; compensation range $75,000–$80,000 USD plus annual bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an ACEND-accredited internship
- Active RD or RDN license with ability to be credentialed by insurance
- Minimum 2–4 years of outpatient clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of GI and evidence-based treatment plans
- Strong collaboration and communication within a multidisciplinary care team
