Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents and develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans. Provide medical nutrition therapy per physician orders while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor and document nutritional status, participate in care plan meetings, and educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Full-time role in South Hill with competitive salary and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
- Current state licensure (or eligibility)
