Job Summary
Create and implement individualized care plans based on assessments, providing dietary guidance to residents and their families. Design and approve menus to meet nutritional needs, track progress, and adjust plans as required. Evaluate nutritional needs and ensure dietary services comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain active professional liability insurance and hold an RD or CDN credential within six months. Requires a B.S./B.A. in Dietetics, two years of healthcare facility experience, and Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening. Required Qualifications
- Must maintain active professional liability insurance
- B.S./B.A. in Dietitian
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and CDN credential within 6 months
- Experience in a healthcare facility
- 2-year minimum experience in the field of Dietetics and Nutrition
- Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
