Job Summary
Complete nutritional assessments for all residents to create care plans with nutritional goals and document interventions in the medical record. Provide education to patients, families, nursing, dietary service, and community staff on special diets and dining needs. Review and approve daily menu, snack, and supplement programs while communicating with physicians and clinical staff on nutritional status. Attend resident rounds and nutrition meetings to maintain clinical nutrition policies supporting regulatory compliance. This role offers a 32 or 40-hour week with hybrid-remote options, a starting salary of $70,000 plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and includes paid CDR and licensure fees.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission of Dietetic Registration and licensed dietitian as required per state regulations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or related field
- Knowledge of regulatory standards
- Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
