Job Summary
Conduct nutrition assessments and follow-ups for individuals with increased nutritional needs, documenting goals and status changes in medical records. Educate patients, families, staff, and food service employees on special diets and formulas while attending patient rounds to inform nursing and physicians of nutritional status changes. Review and approve menus, formularies, and substitutions, and participate in patient satisfaction programs and performance improvements. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Clinical Nutrition Manager or Lead Clinical Dietitian. Full and part-time positions available with starting salary of $65,000 or $35/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission of Dietetic Registration and licensed dietitian as required per state regulations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or related field
- Knowledge of regulatory standards
- Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption in place
