Job Summary
Analyze lab-work results and educate patients and their families on dietary adjustments to support better health outcomes. Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting while leading core care team efforts. Influence patient decisions through personalized guidance and clinical goal-setting within a supportive, positive environment. This role requires state licensure, a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, and proficiency with MS Office and DaVita applications. Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% is required after training. Flexible schedules and potential travel to multiple facilities are expected.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
- Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
- After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
