Job Summary
Per diem Registered Dietitians provide virtual lifestyle counseling visits for clinical trial subjects, performing the full scope of RD practices including nutrition counseling, mental health and coping skills development, and building health behaviors and lifestyle habits aligned with participant goals. They schedule appointments within required windows, complete virtual visits for study subjects, and collaborate with the Clinical Project Manager and site personnel to submit accurate source documents in a timely manner. Stay informed on the latest nutrition and food health updates and perform additional duties as deemed necessary. Training and certification through GCP are provided; active Florida RD license is required for eligibility. Location noted as Los Angeles, CA with remote-work option.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited dietetics program
- Graduate degree from an accredited dietetics program (If CDR examination was on or after January 1, 2024)
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Current State Dietitian License/Certification in good standing (if applicable)
