Job Summary
Conduct nutritional assessments and initiate interventions to achieve and maintain residents' nutritional status. Participate in menu planning, adhere to community license guidelines, and manage menu management software. Provide education to patients, residents, staff, and the public while serving as a resource to the department and community. Interact with residents to build meaningful relationships and collaborate with the care provider team. Maintain continuing education credits as mandated by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed per state requirement, in good standing
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited nutrition or dietetic program
- Current registration in the American Dietetic Association or registry eligible
- Maintain continuing education credits as mandated by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
